Welcome to our Listening Room!
When Savannah Music Group opened its doors in October of 2008, word
quickly spread down Nashville’s Music Row. It has become a unique creative
environment where songwriters, artists and music row executives alike can
gather to write songs, play music together, or just hang out and have a
good time. President and Chief Creative Officer, Dave Gibson, and his wife
singer / songwriter, Daisy Dern, longed to create such a place for many
years... and when the opportunity to start Savannah Music Group came
along, they didn’t hesitate. Partnering with Silicon Valley Entrepreneur
and start-up expert, Jeff Cohen (also the CEO of Voyage-Air Guitar), the
three found a home for the grass roots music publishing company and
independent record label in a cozy 1930’s bungalow off of Nashville’s
famed Music Row. With the addition of long time friend and music business
veteran, Mark Dreyer, the team was complete and the fun began.
We
