2. Video submissions must be appropriate for viewers of all ages

3. All video submissions must be titled/save as yourname-summertimevideo.filetype

   All videos submitted should be hi-def or high-quality standard definition and saved as one of the following file formats:

   .avi, .dv, .mov, .mpeg, .mp4, .m4v, .flv, .wmv

4. Winner will be decided by Savannah Music Group, Inc. and will be announced no sooner than September 16, 2010

5. Hotel Indigo reservation subject to blackout dates

6. Date and location for free concert and meet & greet with the Mulch Brothers to be determined

7. All travel arrangements to and from the Mulch Brothers concert will be the responsibility of the winner

8. Winner is liable for any taxes related to $1,000 cash prize
